1) What is a free trial account?

With a free trial account, you can test our professional tool Pluform for 30 days. This is completely free and unbinding. After the period of 30 days, you can decide whether you want to continue working with Pluform.

2) Which features do I get in the free trial account?

In the free trial account, you can guide 10 clients at the same time through an online dialogue, with use of the media library and intervention functionality. When you have questions, you can contact our service desk.

Also, you can use our text messaging service. This encompasses that you and your client can also communicate by SMS through Pluform.Be there for your client at the right moment with a supporting message. has an integrated SMS feature to send a message to your client’s mobile phone. You can communicate a powerful and motivating short message with maximum impact support.

Moreover, you can upload your organization logo and slogan, and change the terminology “Coach”, “Client”, and “Intervention” into terms that better fit your organization. In this way, you can personalize your account.

3) How many days can I use the free trial account?

Your test account is valid for 30 days. Do you want to continue working with Pluform after these 30 days? Choose to prolong your license with a Pro License. If you do not do this, your license will automatically expire and your account will be deactivated.

4) What happens when my trial has expired and my account is deactivated?

When your account is deactivated, you cannot log in to your account anymore. Your account is frozen. Did you have any clients in your trial account? They can still log in and see the dialogue and assignments. However, they will not be able to communicate with you through Pluform anymore.

5) What is a Pro License?

With a Pro License, you can continue using Pluform after the test period of 30 days.

In the Pro License, you have the same functionalities you also had in your test account (excluding Flexible Terminology). You can guide up to 10 clients at a time.

There are also some extra features you can choose in your Pro License. For instance, choose to further secure your account with 2-way verification. Also, you can upgrade your account with video calls, an unlimited number of clients you can guide, and the feature of group discussions. See the overview above for pricing.

6) What is the contract period for a Pro License?

Year License: The duration of a contract is 12 months. After this term your contract will be renewed for 12 months without notice. If you wish to cancel your license please contact the servicedesk with 1 month notice.

Quarter License: The duration of your contract is 3 months. After this term, your contract will be renewed for 3 months without notice. If you wish to cancel your license please contact the servicedesk with 1 month notice.

7) How do I upgrade to a Pro License?

Are you new to Pluform? Sign up on this page! Choose the features you want and press “sign up now”.

Do you already have a Pluform account? Please request your upgrade on the upgrade page!

8) How do I cancel my license?

Year License:  When your contract expires, it will be extended for 12 months without further notice. If you wish to cancel your license please contact the servicedesk with 1 month notice.

Quarter License: When your contract expires, it will be extended for 3 months without further notice. If you wish to cancel your license please contact the servicedesk with 1 month notice.

9) How does the payment procedure work?

If you have requested a paid year or quarter license, you will receive one digital invoice for your license on your provided email address. All prices are excluding VAT.

10) In my organization, I wish to use a license for multiple coaches. Which license should I get?

Do you work with several coaches or counselors and multiple clients? We can offer you a business license with additional organizational functionalities. More information? Please contact us for a free advice.
